Can Communa be integrated with our current website?

Yes! Communa can provide the necessary API's to integrate the key 'Member-Login', 'Academy', 'Events' links that will ensure a seamless and smooth transition to your community page on the Communa platform. We can also work with your vendor as a one-time setup to ensure the links and connections are set up correctly. Talk to our concierge and receive the right advise on how to proceed specific to your community setup and circumstances 

We do not have a website currently. Is one necessary for our community engagement needs?

Having a website or not for your community is completely your call. Our concierge will be happy to support with necessary integrations with your website. There are a multitude of vendors who can help with the website development and hosting, and if you like we can also recommend our sister concern to assist with this project. Talk to our concierge and receive the right advice on how to proceed specific to your community setup and circumstances.

What if some of our members do not want to download the app?

The app is provided free and is completely the prerogative of the member if he/she prefers to access the community engagements via just the website. The app has the benefits of easy access and communications on the go, and in future we will also be introducing AI agents and a marketplace that will improve the access and use-cases tremendously.

Can I selectively channel communications to our stakeholders?

Yes! Via the Announcements tab the community admin can deliver comms across to all stakeholder groups. Selective messaging can be controlled via 'Spaces' function by the community admin.

Typically how many resources are required to handle and manage Communa as we are a small and lean team
In our experience with current clients, typically 3+ members teams are now replaced with just one user of Communa. This is because all of the communications, workflows and follow-ups are online and can be tracked via the dashboard. This ensures a highly optimised workforce.
