CSAE Declaration

Communa is owned and operated by Moward, Inc. ("Moward", "we", "us", "our"), incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States, with its office at 8401 Mayland Dr #6463, Richmond, Virginia 23294, United States.

We hold a zero-tolerance policy on child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). For this declaration, a minor is anyone under 18 years of age.

Communa is for adults

You must be at least 18 years old to register for or use Communa. Accounts found to carry false age information are blocked and deleted.

What is prohibited

• Any content that sexualises or endangers a child, real or fictional - photographs, images, video, text, illustrations or animation - and links to such material.
• Any discussion of sexually explicit conduct involving minors.
• Grooming, sextortion, trafficking of minors, and any other form of child exploitation, including attempts to solicit, facilitate or normalise it.

We also restrict content depicting children even where the intent is not sexual. Where someone shares a photograph containing their own child, the child must be fully covered by an emoji or a non-removable overlay.

How to report

Anyone can report content or behaviour that may endanger a child through the "Help & Support" section inside the Platform, or by emailing support@communa.app. We investigate every report and keep the reporter's identity confidential.

Legal compliance

As a United States provider, Moward, Inc. complies with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. Where we obtain actual knowledge of apparent child sexual abuse material, we report it to the CyberTipline of the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as soon as reasonably possible, preserve the reported content and associated data for the period required by law, and cooperate with NCMEC and law enforcement. We also comply with applicable child-protection and online safety laws in the other countries where Communa is available, and with the child safety standards of the app stores that distribute the Communa app.

Enforcement

We remove violating content, terminate the accounts responsible, and take steps to prevent those account holders from registering again.
