What are cookies?

Small text files a website stores on your device. They keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and tell us how the site is being used. We also use similar technologies such as pixels, tags and scripts.

Which cookies do we use?

Essential

Needed for the site to work - secure sessions, security protections, form submissions, and remembering your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off, because without them the site does not function.

Analytics

Which pages are visited, how long people stay, where they came from, what they click. We use these to improve the site.

Marketing and performance

How our campaigns perform, and which content is worth publishing more of.

Functional

Preferences such as language and interface settings.

Which third-party services do we use?

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used, and Microsoft Clarity, to see how visitors interact with individual pages. Each sets its own cookies. None of them run inside customer communities - they are on the marketing website only. The demo booking calendar is provided by Cal.com; when that embed loads it may set its own cookies (for example Cloudflare bot-management cookies on cal.com).

What are your choices?

The cookie banner offers three. All cookies is selected by default, so Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity load unless you choose a different option:

• All cookies - Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity.
• Analytics only - Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, without Microsoft Clarity.
• Essential only - no analytics or marketing cookies are set.

That choice can be changed at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, and cookies can also be blocked or deleted in the browser's own settings - though parts of the site may then stop working properly.

Will this policy change?

We update it when the technologies we use or the law change. Updates are posted here with a revised effective date.
